TinyGrab will take a screenshot and then it will automatically upload it to the web. You can set it so the screenshot will be uploaded to your TinyGrab account, to a FTP server, or to an SFTP server. On top of that, you can use TinyGrab to manually upload files to the web.

TinyGrab is available for Microsoft’s Windows operating system and for Apple’s Mac OS X and iOS.
To get started with TinyGrab on a PC you will need .NET Framework 4 or newer and Windows XP or newer.

While TinyGrab is running you will see an icon in the system tray. Left click the icon and you will be presented with a context menu that, among other things, allows you to open the Preferences menu. From this menu you can see the hotkeys for taking a screenshot, specify where the screenshots will be uploaded, configure proxy settings, and more.

TinyGrab can take a screenshot of the entire screen, a selected area, or an active window. To access this functionality you must simply press the correct hotkey. The defaults for Windows are: Ctrl + Shift + 3 for full screen capture, Ctrl + Shift + 4 for selected area capture, and Ctrl + Shift + 5 for active window capture. From the aforementioned Preferences menu you can view and change these hotkeys. From the same Preferences menu you can choose where the screenshot will be uploaded: TinyGrab account, FTP, SFTP, MobileME, Amazon S3, RockSpace. Once the upload completes, a tiny URL will be copied to your clipboard. Paste the URL in an IM chat window and email messages anywhere you want.

Take a screenshot, upload it to the web, and share the link to the screenshot. That is, in a nutshell, the functionality you can expect to get from TinyGrab.

Pros

TinyGrab is available for multiple platforms; getting it up and running on a PC is an effortless task. Take a screenshot by pressing the correct hotkey. The screenshots will be uploaded to the web; you can choose where they will be uploaded.

Cons

None that I could think of.
